Full Membership
Available to a Catholic diocese or a province (or equivalent) of a Catholic religious institute that includes priests. The Full Member diocese or religious community is represented by a director of ongoing formation for priests, the chair of a committee for ongoing formation of priests, or another individual with equivalent responsibilities. In the event that more than one individual shares this responsibility, up to three individuals can be listed as member representatives in the NOCERCC database.
Annual membership dues are set by the Board of Directors based on statistics listed in the Official Catholic Directory: for dioceses, the total Catholic population; and for religious communities, the total number of priests. Regardless of its number of representatives, a Full Member has one vote at the annual Business Meeting and in presidential elections
Associate Membership
Available to schools of theology and other initial and ongoing formation programs, retreat and treatment centers, consulting and counseling services, publishers, religious goods suppliers, dioceses outside the jurisdiction of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, and other organizations serving the ongoing clergy formation community. The Associate Member designates one representative to be listed in the NOCERCC database.
Annual membership dues are set by the Board of Directors. Associate Members have a voice but no vote at the annual Business Meeting and do not vote in presidential elections
Affiliate Membership
Annual membership dues are set by the Board of Directors. Affiliate Members have a voice but no vote at the annual Business Meeting and do not vote in presidential elections.
Sponsoring Membership
A donor-level membership available to dioceses, religious communities, other organizations, and individuals wishing to support NOCERCC’s mission by underwriting its programs, services, and operations. The Sponsoring Member designates up to three representatives to be listed in the NOCERCC database.
Annual membership dues are set by the Board of Directors. Sponsoring Members that would otherwise be Full Members have one vote at the annual Business Meeting and in presidential elections; other Sponsoring Members have a voice but no vote.
