Father Ronald Rolheiser, O.M.I.

Rev. Ron Rolheiser, OMI, is a Roman Catholic priest and member of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate. He is a theologian, professor, award-winning author, and serves as president of the Oblate School of Theology. He holds Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Ottawa and Newman Theological College Edmonton and Master’s degrees from the University of San Francisco and University of Louvain, Belgium along with a PhD/STD from the University of Louvain. Apart from his academic knowledge in systematic theology and philosophy, he has become a popular speaker in contemporary spirituality and religion and the secular world. He
writes aweekly column that is carried in over 70 newspapers around the world.

The Psychological Issues of Aging in Truth and Mercy
Dr. Mariette Danilo

Mariette Danilo holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Columbia University. As an academic, she taught graduate psychology courses in Psychology and Education and has lectured extensively on topics in Health Psychology and Risk Taking Behavior.

As a researcher in the Institute for Health Behavior Research at the Cornell University Medical College-New York Hospital Center, she focused on the cognitive, emotional, and psychosocial variables involved in the prediction and prevention of risk taking and health compromising behaviors. Her work emphasizes the role of religion as a protective factor in human development.

Mariette currently serves as Director of Education for the Saint John Vianney Center (SJVC) in Downingtown, Pa. where she creates educational programs for Seminarians, Newly Ordained priests, Men and Women Religious, Diocesan priests, and Vicars for Clergy.

Dr. Danilo also enjoys speaking with educators and parents about the vital and dynamic relationship between psychology and religion.

Dr. Kevin McClone

Dr. Kevin McClone is a licensed clinical psychologist, certified alcohol and drug counselor, and certified chaplain who has worked for over twenty-five years in the health care field, including over ten years of hospice care experience. Kevin currently is the Director of the Institute for Sexuality Studies located on the campus of Catholic Theological Union where he has provided one-month training programs on Healthy Sexuality for Ministry for formation and vocation personnel and tutored hundreds of religious and lay men and women from around the world for over ten years.

Deacon Steven De Martino

Deacon Steven DeMartino is presently the Director of Priest Wellness for the Archdiocese of New York, which is a specialty ministry of healing and accompaniment to the Presbyterate.  Deacon DeMartino maintains an active consultation practice, providing varied services to Religious Institutes and Societies of Apostolic Life in the areas of leadership team supervision, strategic planning, health and wellness systems planning and development, behavioral health interventions and Chapter/Assembly facilitation. Deacon DeMartino is active in board governance, serving on Religious Institute Review Boards and faith-based behavioral health Boards of Directors. Deacon DeMartino teaches counseling theory and practice, as well as health systems management in a number of College programs in the NYC area. Deacon DeMartino maintains a parish assignment to theChurch of St. Augustine, Ossining, New York, where he is the Director of Parish Social Ministries. In addition, Deacon DeMartino is a member of the Guest House Men’s Advisory Board.
